Accommodation

Our accommodation is situated in a converted outbuilding, enabling us to provide three large rooms that are all en-suite. The Barn Room and the Garden Room are both double rooms with a kingsize bed, situated on the ground floor.  The Loft Room, is as the name suggests, on the first floor, it has a kingsize bed and a full size single visitors bed – perfect for a family of up to three people, the Loft Room has an en-suite bathroom which is a little compact and has limited headroom ...

Our luxuriously appointed rooms are all en-suite, each centrally heated room has a TV/DVD, Alarm clock, Hairdryer, Iron and; of course, Tea & Coffee making facilities second to none. We even provide you with an umbrella – just in case….

All rooms have access to the garden area & Car parking is on site, we are a non-smoking and pet free establishment.

Arrivals and Departures

Guests are asked to arrive after 5pm if at all possible; however we are happy to arrange an alternative time by prior arrangement. Guests are kindly requested to vacate their rooms by 10.30 on the day of check out.

Tariff

Our Double rooms are £40 per person per night, or £55 for a single occupancy.

Our family room is £95 per night for a family of 3, or £55 for single occupancy.

Short break rates are also available (3 nights minimum stay); please enquire for mid week or weekend rates.

All prices applicable Jan – Dec 2011 (including bank holidays). All rates are inclusive of full breakfast.

Payment Terms

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, bank payment, credit/debit card or sterling traveller’s cheques.

Advance bookings are subject to confirmation and a deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is within 7 days of booking.
